Entering our 18th year of business, Eyes on Fremont is setting its sights on some pretty cool things. We have decided to take the shop’s offerings up a notch. On that note, we would like to announce the launch of our own frame line!!
The models are designed and curated by Eyes on Fremont’s staff and currently features seven acetate plastic models, two stainless steel styles, and one sunglass. Future models will be released every few months.
It’s exciting to offer a collection with Seattle in mind: great frame styles at a reasonable price. Our experience & knowledge of the optical industry allows us to selectively source & create the highest quality eyewear.
The Eyes on Fremont collection is offered at $175 for frames and standard Rx lenses. This also includes adjustments, lifetime maintenance, and expert assistance from our crew of licensed opticians. Great frames, great service, great value…our core philosophy passed on to you.

We’re not quite sure whether Grace is just a natural in the art of wearing glasses or if she really is the epitome of ultra-cute stylishness. Whatever the case, we all hope we look this good in our glasses! Its possible that confidence is key 😉

It’s the end of the year & time to shed the old and bring in the new. A popular theme for entering the new year is to drop the weight & get lighter… 141 Eyewear has a new collection of Ultim frames that does just that! Ultim has the bold look of the popular acetate plastic frames but with a sturdy, light-weight feel. Adjustable silicone nosepads also help alleviate the “heaviness” on the bridge of the nose.

Many of you have had the pleasure of working with Milli from time to time. She’s one of the friendliest & most outgoing members of the Eyes on Fremont family!

There’s always more than meets the eye, so here’s a few tidbits on how Milli came to be at EOF & what she’s all about:
Milli has been a licensed dispensing optician for 1 1/2 years. She finished the opticianry program at Seattle Central Community College & was licensed September 2011. She is also ABO & NCLE certified.
Milli previously was in print publishing before opticianry. She owned a magazine & worked in the PR industry for 20 years before the economy turned around 2007, affecting the publishing world. Deciding it was time for a change, she moved from Los Angeles to Seattle and researched new careers. Opticianry offered her the challenge of learning something new: the mix of science and fashion in the optical field captured her interest.
When Milli isn’t at EOF finding you the perfect pair of glasses, she is most likely “hanging out with family & friends… cooking, eating, & drinking (lol)”.
Quick Q&A with Milli:
Day or Night: Day
Cats or Dogs: Most recently, Dogs. Have always been a cat person before that.
Coffee or Tea: Coffee!
Boots or Heels: Boots. But I have lots of both
Cat-eye shape or Square-rim: Square-rim
