Baring the Bold: Sunwear Inspiration from Valley Eyewear

Our newest Sunglass collection, Valley Eyewear has become our favorite go-to for an edgy, stylish, & contemporary aesthetic… it is a collection tailored to those individuals who desire a bold & confident fashion-based look.
AND Yes, THESE ARE RXable.
But these top-notch sunnies already have a great quality zeiss anti-reflective coated tinted lens for those who need a fantastic set on the fly!

As we’ve said before, we have great glasses for EVERY FACE- come in & see for yourself…

We DARE YOU!

Customers around the shop: Josh M.

Josh just recently acquired a pretty badass pair of “browline” combo eyeglasses from the shop to go with his badass skills as a tattoo artist at Slave to the Needle in Wallingford.  Its a great fit style AND function-wise; we also feel pretty good about the fact that Josh will be able to see all the fine details of his tattoo work with precision!

He’s a pretty accomplished tattoo artist as we can see on Bill’s sleeves, below:

If you’re looking to get inked, pay a visit to Josh at Slave to the Needle, Wallingford!

Great Brows, Great Glasses benefit event for Mary’s Place was a hit!

The results are in and we are thrilled to announce that our  “Great Brows for Great Glasses” event raised more than $3,000 for Mary’s Place, a local shelter for homeless families.

Big thanks go out to our partner and eyebrow extraordinaire Stacya Silverman, who was instrumental in getting the event off the ground and running.

We’d also like to give a shout out to all of our gracious partners who didn’t hesitate to help us by donating items for the participant goodie bags, in addition to helping get the word out:
Fremont Chamber of Commerce
Kari Gran Cosmetics
Theo Chocolate
Burnt Sugar
Essenza
Nourish Nail Parlour
Show Pony

And THANK YOU to all of the lovely patrons who came in to get their brows done by Stacya and purchase glasses. Your generous tips– which were 100% donated to Mary’s Place– along with a portion of sales from your eyeglass purchases, raised more than we expected!

If you missed the event have no fear, “Great Brows and Great Glasses” will be back next year!
