Dr. Fast can now bill for exams for people with Regence, Aetna, Premera, Uniform & Lifewise vision insurance plans!!As always Eyes on Fremont does not do any direct billing for the frames & lenses, so all of our patients self-bill for their reimbursement. Your reimbursement can vary and is based on your specific plans service level as well as the services you choose. There can be variable rates for different lens materials and options. Because your benefits depend on your specific plan and service levels you will need to contact them to determine what you can expect both in and out of network.
